Data controller
FLAT NEXT (53 rue du Maréchal Foch, 57200 Sarreguemines, France) is the controller of the data collected on this website. For any question about your data: contact@flatnext.fr.
Contact form
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, your phone number if you provide it, and the subject and content of your message. This data is only used to reply to you. It is neither sold nor used for commercial purposes.
Legal basis: your enquiry is a pre-contractual step taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
It is kept for as long as your request is being handled, then deleted no later than twelve months after our last exchange.
Audience measurement
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how it is visited. The tool is only loaded after your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), given through the banner shown on your first visit: without your agreement, no measurement script runs and no data is transmitted. IP addresses are anonymised and data is retained for fourteen months.
Google Ireland Limited acts as processor; data may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC is certified.
You can change your mind at any time by clicking « Manage preferences » at the bottom of any page: the banner reappears and measurement stops immediately.
Language cookie
A strictly functional cookie stores the language you have chosen (French, German or English) so the site can be shown in that language on your next visits. It is kept for one year, contains no personal data and is exempt from consent.
Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible to FLAT NEXT only. Three technical providers are involved, with no use beyond delivering their service: OVH SAS (website hosting, in France), IONOS SE (delivery of form emails, in Germany) and Google Ireland Limited (audience measurement, only after consent).
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@flatnext.fr: we reply within one month.
You may also withdraw a consent already given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
